That brings us to 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 — 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸.
Why? Because physical activity is a great way to support your brain health — and may even lower your risk of dementia. Just start where you are today and go from there. Begin with what fits your life and build as you go. And do what you enjoy — walking, dancing, gardening, swimming, hitting the gym.
